- I started my career with a Global Corporation and I was their Product Manager for Europe.
- I was the founder and inventor of AeroMed Seating. Those products were supplied into Global Aerospace markets.
I created and launched Autolink in 1997, a search engine business. It did well but I should have kept that one !! It was one year before Google launched. First big lesson learned !!
- In 1998 I invented and developed Pressurease, the first memory foam mattress and cushion for pressure sore prevention in medical. We were ranked number one in our space by government healthcare purchasing agencies. I grew that business from just myself to about 50 people in one year.
- I write my own patents and license my technology to leading companies.
- In 2005 I invented and developed SimCair mattress toppers and cushions. I license the technology to a large multinational corporation. We are scaling the most recent versions of that product and we’re currently talking to and looking for new licensees.If you supply medical equipment and you’re interested in reselling innovative new products. - I’m a regular guest on podcasts. I give advice to entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes.

- I mentor and advise entrepreneurs and businesses all over the globe to help them navigate the maze to success. I advise in Nanotechnology, Biotech, Medical Devices, Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, SaaS, IT and other sectors.
- I’m a volunteer part-time mentor in USA based National Science and Business Development institutes.
- I volunteer as an advisor/mentor to entrepreneurs and startups/scale ups when I can.
